Marc Gaudet

VETS Training System - Strength and Conditioning

Marc is from Concord, New Hampshire, and attended Concord High School. He played football starting from sixth grade all the way up through his sophomore year of college at East Stroudsburg University. He played varsity football for three years in high school and made All-State selections in his junior and senior year.  He chose to attend ESU and walk onto the football team.  He ended up starting every game his Freshman year and started six games his sophomore year but was battling concussions and injuries throughout the season. Prior to his 3rd season, he suffered his 3rd concussion. This put him out of football and school for the entire semester and into Good Shepherd's concussion rehab program in Allentown, PA. His football career had to be ended to protect his health.

The reason he was able to attend ESU in the first place was because of my acceptance into the three-year accelerated Exercise Science program.  He is currently a senior in his final semester of the undergraduate program. He has held two internships in his time at ESU, one at Brian’s One2One fitness in Concord, New Hampshire, a Westside Barbell official gym. Through this internship and connection he was able to travel to Columbus, Ohio and visit Westside Barbell and meet Louie Simmons.  His second internship was at DeFranco’s Gym in East Rutherford, New Jersey. He has worked directly under Cameron Josse, who is an up and coming trainer that taught him the essentials of speed training as well as velocity based training and Force - Velocity profiling. He uses all of these experiences to develop the best training sessions in the industry.
